There's something bittersweet about releasing the final instalment of a series, especially when it's part of a large world.
I just can't believe my Summervale characters have stuck with me and spoken to me long enough to fill 10 books worth of their story haha.
Now, i apologise that this instalment is a bit on the shorter side. Coming in at just under 14 thousand words. I was going through an incredibly stressful time last year and approaching burn out and dying for a break, so the characters weren't as chatty as i would have liked.
So i'll try and get the omnibus for the Darcie Ryder series out sooner. It will probably be after the release of The Light Bringer and after i move house in May. But i also have TWO events in May as well as moving house.... ahhh. I also have to get the alternate cover versions of the Dragon Heart series out and the omnibus of the Riverside Oak Mystery series which i'm thinking of doing a special edition of...
Thanks for coming to my rant / release day feelings blog. i haven't done one of these in a while. I've kind of been neglecting the blog a little with my busy life.
Anyway, scroll down to read the blurb, buy your copy and settle in a comfy place with some tissues and your beverage of choice and enjoy Til Death. I cried when i wrote some scenes in this book. Sorry not sorry.
Blurb
Welcome to Summervale, a town built on lies and bones.
Darcie hoped for a smooth pregnancy. No murders, no death, just cribs and baby clothes.
Her plans are drastically altered when a severed foot washes up on the beach. Now, it’s time for her to slide on her crime solving hat once more.
With Bobby and Tristan planning their wedding, Ashton prepping for tour, and Stacey’s counselling business booming, the Summervale Six don’t have time for a new case. But with more body parts popping up in their seaside town, they realize their own lives will be at stake if they don’t take action.
Is another serial killer hunting them? Will they ever have the normal lives they crave?
In this final chapter of the bestselling Summervale Series, the phrase ‘til death do us part’ takes on a sinister new meaning.
